I have recently brought back to life a Laserline 948 alarm and immobiliser system that came with my mini but was disabled. I have wired it back in and got a remote key fob for it, it works a treat!

My question is am I able to buy a remote central locking kit and use just my alarm key fob to operate the both of them? Or am I able to wire the central locking kit into the alarm?

if your alarm has the central locking outputs, you can buy a central locking interface, have a look in motorworld, i think they sell alot of those kind of things, failing that, an auto electrical place might have something. I know Microscan (can be bought from Motorworld) have a range of alarms, window closure kits and central locking kits which all inter-link with the alarm to give you total closure.
