help! I RECENTLY BOUGHT A SET OF 7X13 DEEP DISH SUPERLITES FITTED WITH195/45/13 TYRES.

IM READY TO CUT THE FRONT ARCHES BUT HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO CUT OFF AND WHAT ARCHES DO I NEED?

IS THERE A TEMPLATE AVAILABLE FOR CUTTING THE ARCHES? IVE SEEN SPORTSPACK TEMPLATES FOR SALE BUT DONT REALLY WANT TO FIT THOSE ARCHES.

A MATE TOLD ME HE DREW A LINE AROUND HIS STANDARD ARCHES AND THEN TOOK THEM OFF AND CUT ALONG THAT LINE WHEN HE FITTED HIS 7X13S. I THINK HE HAD GROUP 7 ARCHES?

I BOUGHT A SET OF GROUP 5 ARCHES FROM MINISPORT. IVE FITTED THE REAR WHEELS ON THE CAR BUT I DONT THINK THEY WILL BE WIDE ENOUGH AND WILL END UP BEING PESTERED BY THE LAW FOR TYRES OUT WIDER THAN THE ARCH.

WHAT ALTERNATIVE ARCHES ARE THERE OTHER THAN SPORTSPACK?

my arches are also group 5 from minisport, the second picture is with 6 by 13inch sportspack wheels, the first picture is with 7 by 13inch deep dish minilights,i didnt cut any off the bodywork on the passenger side and a little from the drivers side at the bottom of the wing where it joins the front panel,i just put it on full l/h lock and marked the body work where it was touching with a marker, kept doing this until i had full movement, finished with rolling back the edge to stop any tyre damage while going over speed bumps!its also worth a note i have hi-los fitted.

nice car! perhaps my group 5 arches will be ok then. i fitted a front wheel on the drivers side and tried turning. as you said it needs trimming at the front just behind the bumper but mine is also very tight to the a pannel- about 5 mm when on hard lock to the right. thats with nobody in the car! so i will have to cut the whole arch out bigger. havent tried the passenger side yet. dont want to balls it up.

anybody in cornwall with 7x13s fitted that i can make a template of the arch from?
