Ok, Im buying a fiberglass dashboard from SCURVY soon but im just wondering about some things.
The main thing that worries me is, How will I beable to mount a CD player in it, Surely the Fiberglass will be too thin for the CD player to sit in it. Or would I have to build it up behind for it to rest on. Otherwise it would crack wouldnt it?
Secondly, What could I cut the holes out for the clocks with? whats suitable?
What about the Windscreen heaters, Dont they attach to the dashrails, which need removing to fit the dash.
And finally, What about the Heater adjuster for hot and cold, I can mount new switches on the new dash, but can I mount the Heater thing on the new dash.

I think you should be asking scurvy most of this as he makes then .
to cut the holes use a hole saw that fits in a drill

Try not to fall into the trap of thinking that fibreglass is weak. Can be as strong as steel if layered up properly and thick enough.
My whole car is Fibreglass and is surprisingly rigid.
I've got one of Scurvys dashboards and would be fairly sure you'd be able to mount a stereo in it without any problems.
