Apparently not.
Still its worth a read and 1 minute or so to sign,
cant do any harm and if nothing else, it highlights the following the classic car movement still has has in our fair land.

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to close this, either this, or one of the other hundreds of petitions regarding the same thing have been posted many times before.
