Perpex would be a bad choice - too brittle

try bayplastics or armari plastics also if you could get a scale drawing of the doorcards i could get a couple cut out at work but i dunno on the prices give me a shout if you want me to find out and if you can get a drawing also poly carb would probly b better but a bit more expensive
