I have purchased these off linky and was wondering the best way to fit them. I ripped the old ones off beause they were busted to kingdom come and srcrewed in wich went rusty >_< to avoid doing the same again do i tack it in place and use seam sealer? they have holes either end and one in the middle!

They need to be screwed into place as they have nothing to grip the seam like the standard ones. I suppose you could use something like Sikaflex to hold them on, but you wouldn't want to remove them (ever!)
