I've noticed there are quite a few pikey types going round skip diving 'n helping themselves to anything that half looks like it won't be missed since scrap prices picked up a bit.

trust me, if pikeys want to steal something they will, even if your around. at work we heard about another branch having 3 pikeys walk in and just taking bundles of copper tube and walking out as if they own the place, when confronted they said "try and stop us then".
scrap copper is near £3k a ton at the moment.
shame about the engine though mate!
You could actually hope it's been knicked to go in a Mini but most likely just destined for a furnace

God I hope they don't get my metro 1275 with new piper camtrust me, if pikeys want to steal something they will, even if your around. at work we heard about another branch having 3 pikeys walk in and just taking bundles of copper tube and walking out as if they own the place, when confronted they said "try and stop us then".
