So what is needed to do the metro turbo conversion. I will be doing one of these mid summer and I am still unsure of what I need to do. Are there any guides on the net with good step by step pictures?

Please help,
Cheers,
Jam2005

So what about engine mounts, drive shafts and brakes etc? Is there a full conversion kit out there somewhere with everything I will need?

Use the Mini engine mounts, driveshafts and brakes {as long as they're not drums}. You don't need to use any of the above from the Metro, though you can use the brakes if you really want. The disc set-up from any Mini 84 onwards will be fine as will Cooper "s".

Seriously thinking about doing the conversion myself seeing as the engine is past it on my blue Mini.

Would a standard Metro Turbo engine have enough boost to go ptschh if I had a DV?

I am a chav at heart..

As long as you see any boost at all a dump valve will work.
