Finally got my hands on a copy this lunchtime, and went home eagerly awaiting some gameplay. Unfortunately there was over half an hour of upgrading, installing, and agreements before I could get to anything meaningful, but, once I did.. WOW! The intro video is fantastic, not the best in terms of content, but the graphics are just unrivalled.

I've only had chance to do 3 laps of the London circuit, which were great, if not a touch short. I've ended up buying a Type R as my first car. Looking forward to getting something with a bit of pace, RWD and decent handling. Can't wait to get back on it later tonight.

Mine was £24.99 from Saino's which I was a bit annoyed about, seeing as its £17 on the tinternet, but I couldn't be bothered to trapse around town in the rain trying to find it for a few quid less.

Pre-ordered mine but it didnt come in this mornings post so I'm gutted! Hopefully it will arrive early tomorrow so I can play before work, cant wait.

Unless we didnt opt for the PSN version, they never updated the store yesterday, so much for it being on PSN 24hrs before BD...

I have the logitec steering wheel for my PC, its actually my mates but it really is amazing. Pricey though.

Compared to my rFactor on the PC.

this is really close to real life, (I've had all previous GT versions)
without a doubt... the full version in Dec.. is going to be the best selling Racing game.

I've got G25, 40inch, 5.1, and duel shock 3.
but...

I cant use my G25 as my TV is the other way from my pc desk.

Yea... its expensive, but my Gaming setup beats Arcades, and its much cheaper in the long run.
plus... I'm mad about driving games.

Thats annoying! Sony are usually pretty good and seem to get consoles out to people next day

im such a massive fan of all the gt games, played everyone, if im honest im pretty good at them but what sucks is that iv ben waiting for aages to come out but i dont even have a ps3 which makes things very difficult. but as said, its veeery good. graphics are Unfathomable. i love it!! just gota save for a ps3 tho my sis hubby has both so i pop round there... in fact i havnt seen them for a while * runs to get car keys* wouldnt mind playin now.....
