Im 6' and have no problems, one of mates is 6'2" andhe has driven mine fine as well.

I got asked the other day how I fit in such a small car. I replied with by getting in the door. He didnt look too impressed I just recline the seat a bit and its more than comfortable enough.

Until you've driven a Mini daily you won't know how the height will effect you. I thought I'd be crouched down and get sore shoulders however my upper region was fine, it was just my leg and foot that went into cramp while keeping the pedal at 60. Hopefully the brackets will help for me (£5 eBay) but if not I'll get bucket seats (which I've noticed come in authentic looking original seat colours/designs - instead of all racing spec) or I'll drop the steering wheel a little (there's a nice article on that in this months Mini World )

well guys i bought one

its a 1982 mayfair

needs a few panels

drivers top door hinge has pulled through the panel so my first question is is the hinge bit part of the a panel or seperate from it ? the hadrian book i have is a bit unclear

I'm 6ft 8" on nothing more than extender brackets... no problems driving here!

im about 6.1 im having trouble but its in an autograss car so we ent aloud the seat further than the rollcage !!!
but i dont this counts as its an autograss car so slightly diff situation !!( i hav long legs and short body ! )
