Hi all

Currently my mini is off the road she will be back on it soon!

before this happens though i was wondering if anyboday had suggestions for a quiet exaust system?

At the moment its straight through with only a back box, i have a 4 into 1 from manifold would like to keep this.

oh also engine is 1340 with headwork i know its never going to be that quiet but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ta S :)

twin box RC40 from minispares or a twin box maniflow. Either is designed for good performance and will help you maximise mpg too

hi mate, id guess its more than just headwork as a 1340! and erm, id be quite interested to see a 4-1 manifold...? maybe you mean a LCB? or a 3-1 race type jobby? a good system is a maniflow or rc40, twin box will be quieter.

rc40 going to be about as quiet as you can get, yes maniflow make the whole lot and top notch it is too. ive got a maniflow freeflow manifold to a single box system, not particularly quiet, but great system. simple ish to fit too. look them up, you can answer everything in one go!
