I have Pioneer 8600MP in my gf's 206 and after shopping we chucked the faceplate in a bag where the fairy liquid had leaked >_< - needless to say i have dryed it out and it works, although the number 1 button doesn't work now and when trying to skip a track on a cd the unit sometimes turns itself off and is driving me crazy.

So after all that - is there anywhere that sells parts for Pioneer Head Units???

You could try (carefull!!) taking it apart, and giving it a clean with electrical contact cleaner.

Don't get the cleaner on the display or the plastics as it can mark it.

Otherwise fleabay could be your friend

option one is to send it to an audio electrical store and has them have a look at it - se if they can repair it.

second option is to contact pioneer. I have had similar cases before, had to contact suppliers for face panels for customers, and the cost of the panel is very nearly the cost of the whole unit - some of the sony and kenwood ones are more money to buy the panel than the stereo is to buy new! So it mite be better/cheaper to get a new unit
