hi . im looking at buying a compressor to have a go at spraying my mini.not sure which one to buy as there is such a big price range.
dont want to end up buying something useless and under powered. is there anything in particular to look for ?
does anyone know where to get a good deal ?

depends on whatever air gun you get you need one with enough cfm to supply that then a big enough tank to keep it running!

search / check paint section for guns...........

Pretty much anything below 3hp will run out of puff when using most air tools, or decent sprayguns.

Moved to Paint Detailing and Bodywork.

Machinemart sell a decent Clarkes one, belt driven 3hp 150 litre tank 14cfm 150psi, £385, pretty sure you go over 3hp and you need a 3 phase electric supply.

I've got one works a treat for my impact gun, air ratchet and underseal sprayer, not tried spray gun yet, but it'll cope no problem.
