back on its floor so i can trial fit some front end panels

Not a bad fit for pattern panels need to bash the gap at the front a little to square the bonnet gap up around the headlamp area
also managed to get all the floor welded in, will get some rustoleum all over the floor and then weld the sills on

Also need a bit of headlining rail so this is a picture of what i need to cut out

also picked up a 1293 engine at weekend will post pictures later

New fuse box

Are you going to get back to it or go for the turbo option? Can I ask why? As I am going to be going for a blow through on my project... when i get it started.

managed to get the inner wings welded back in thanks to the IVA

then front panel and wings fitted (this is where things got painfull)

nearside wing fitted fine

Offside was a bit different top of the wing was touching up against the scuttle panel fine but was 1/4" away from the apanel
the gap looks worse as ive cut it back to get a weldable section in
so had to weld a strap of metal in

ground back ready for filler

bonnet fitted (new fibreglass one)

starting to come together now
so trial fitted the bootlid

looking nearly like a mini now
finished of welding the inner sill (seam welded both sides and healboard)

list of welding is slowly getting smaller now
new cross member to weld

but collected the basis of the wheels now
get them cleaned up and sent to fast carl to convert to 7x10" splitrims

was given a pair of buckets for some work completed too
not what i want but may do for now or could swap for rollcage or tuning parts
