Hi,

I bought a header/overflow tank for in my Vtec conversion. (The radiator in the kit hasn't got a pressure cap so this sounded like a good idea) I searched the internet all evening yesterday but I can't figure out where to place it and in which cooling lines it has to come. I a using a B16A1 engine if that helps. Anyone has a diagram, hints, help, ideas or something?

This is it....

you need to plumb the big pipe at the bottom of the tank into the hose that goes to the bottom of the radiater and the small top hose goes into the bleed pipe on top of the engine so that it bleeds air out of the engine into the tank
if your engine hasnt a bleed pipe then fit a pipe into highest point you can on the engine usually the top hose area as it exits the cylinder head
