I have just been notified that we have to book and order for a congestion charge ticket if travelling though london of about £5. If not paid, as soon as we enter london our number plates are taken down and we are sent a £80 fine.
Any one heard or got any more information on this?

i'm pretty sure crystal palace isnt in the congestion charge zone, worth checking tho. i think the zone is just central london.
