What year is it? there should be a colour code on the vin plate, which should be on the inner drivers side wing.

thats what i thought thats why i assumed it wasn't diamond as i thought that was? i saw a sprite today and it wasn't like mine which is arum white, but it wasn't a pure or bright white either i don't think ? so what are the brighter white ones then?

According to minicolours, it should be white diamond 2, or Diamond white, Arum White, or Old English White.

NMN is Rover Diamond White/ White Diamond and is by far the brightest white I've seen. It is not 'creamy' of 'off'

I know the Mini Advantage we did at work was this colour!

Well to confuse matters...I also have an advantage...I would have classed it as a bright white...(compared to the creamyness of old English white anyway)

Paint code is NMN...ive just ordered paint...my paint shop said there was a difference between white diamond and diamond white - he said mine was white diamond. (i left my boot with him to paint match and he had a standard swatch which was pretty close)

In the past ive done touch ups with spray cans from halfords...rover white diamond and I found this to be quite creamy and therefore not a match.

So im confused!

But my back end should match once its sprayed as Im getting the paint matched to boot - so not too worried!

Hope Ive not thrown another spanner in the works!

Pete
