It is coming to that time where we are planning our move back to the black country. I need to find suitable premises for the business. Ideally i'd like somwhere open plan with heating, if it were to have roller shutter access that'd be perfect so I can work on car's on site all year round.

If anyone has any links to suitable sites or even better has any contacts i'd like to hear from you. We are moving back up at the start of June. Really just looking for advice from those who are experienced in these dealings as i cant say I've dealt with this type of property before.
