i've just fitted my protech front shocks, and the car seems a little high, even with the shocks backed right off.

i think it might be just the cut out arches making it appear high, i've spoken to rich at z cars, and he agrees.

but can someone give me a reference point dimension, i.e height of the headlight centre, or sill height, just to put my mind at rest.

As i'm securing the front end in a bit!

cheers

I have some rough figures for standard height:

Floor to front sill lip (where is finishes the curve) is approx 25cm
Floor to rear sill lip (again where the curve ends) is approx 28cm

Hope it helps :D

ah, found it on the dvd!

the car is 3" too high at the back. As its on axle stands at the moment.

Which is , hopefully, causing it to be 1" high at the front!

Hopefully! I'll find out in the morning!
