Timing/dwell Meter

Hello,
Can anyone help me identify this connection circled in red. It is a crocodile clip type connector.

It is an Optilux branded meter if that helps.

Well ill try and describe it.

It has 12v battery connectors

Also a clip type to go round spark plug no.1

Also this crocodile type with shrouding that I do no know where it goes.

Any ideas?

If its anything like the multimeter I use, the extra clip goes on the negative terminal of the coil...

its used to get the signal from the ignition system for measuring dwell, also gives rpm as well

the meter is nothing like , but it would make sense it clips onto the coil.
