Hi am removing a pair of sills of my mates mini
What would the cost be for doing this sort of job???

It’s just having new sill’s he was lucky, as it’s got no rust under the sills

it will probably need inner sills too. highly unkikely that just the outer sills have rusted. also get a pot of hamerite and some underseal!

Problem with putting a pair of sills on is your lucky to not have to paint the top of the lip which is the rear quarter and door step, so that adds to the price.

But if I was just removing old sills and fitting new ones, no painting involved I'd want around £100 a side including the price of a cheap sill, more if it was a genuine.

If it came into a work as a proper job, I think we'd charge abit more.
