I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find a topic manually searching or using the 'search' function as 'Z' is too short a word!

Just wondering if Z cars were road legal, and whether if given the sufficient amount of money the folk at Z cars would be able to make one of the late Minis into a speed demon without altering the physical appearance at all.

I'm sure this would be possible (even if the overall performance was not as good as a concentional Z car), if it is can anyone give me a rough figure of how much you reckon it would cost? I just love the idea of pulling up next to a poser in their M3 and annihilating them at the lights
