help! My master cylinder cap was wet and the paint on the bulkhead has bubbled and come off I dont know what could have caused this I've not been near the brakes except to adjust my Hilo's when I droped the rear radius arm and it hit the ground although I did check and all looked fine
Can anyone help why is the brake cylinder blowing out GUIs through the cap hole

Maybe a new cap will cure the problem? You could try something like PTFE tape wrapped around the thread on the M/C. However, I'm not sure what the fluid will do to PTFE tape, the last thing you'd want is for the PTFE tape to disintegrate and then block up the pipes.
