It may be easier to just have a big red arrow pointing at everything!!

Awe thats not nice my mini has no rust (just spent £££££ and months on it)

I think this is a good idea especially for those people who haven't been around minis for long
Nice one

I was gonna ask if you ran out of arrows, but I wasn't quick enough with the inevitable jokes. It is a nice idea though. Perhaps we could build a rogues gallery of actual Mini rust, a picture is worth a thousand words 'n all that - I'd start it off only fibreglass doesn't rust :shy:.

just a thought, but this could do just as much harm as it could good.

say for example i looked at a mini today and checked all the areas with an arrow pointing at then an ignored every where else, i could be in for a big shock later on.

but if you insist...

i think the arrows are too specific, maybe red patches, like a cow, would be better. and you need to include inside the rear arches, where the boot floor meets the rear panel / rear valance and under the windscreen rubber.

Mini's are made from steel, so they can and do rust everywhere! obvious places being sills floors and around seams or edges of panels. Just have a look, lift carpets, and have a good poke about, it's usually very obvious where they are rusted unless you're a bit simple. Liking the Boosh references by the way.
