Why not just order a FACET universal pump? More info on your application would be good- turbo? High or low boost, etc.

Going to be a turbo running about 10 psi. Wanted to know about alternatives to the metro pump cus i'm working on a budget and metro turbo parts seem to be going for silly money.

You need a pump that will supply around 1 litre per minute and at at least 15psi.
Most injection pumps easily match and exceed this figure, so, yes, any pump off an injected car should be fine. I say 60psi should be a maximum as the pressure regulators are prone to distortion after this.
also, you need a roller vane type pump that produces a constant pressure, solid state 'clicky' type pumps produce no pressure in between clicks and will make for very jerky progress on boost.

The pump on ebay looks like a good buy, if I can't a good second hand one in a breakers I'll prob go for that one.
