i have got a
t2 turbo
tims boost gauge
and fuel pressure
i am after fitting a t2 to the metro manifold has any one made a adaptor plate? or could sell me one?

So Far I Have .... And All I Need Is An Adaptor Plate

ok awsome read through how to put the t2 on the metro headers and i have chosen this route could you explain how you go about this
* The existing studs will need to be removed and new ones drilled and tapped. <<<<<i understand that
* A spacer plate will need to be made to go between the manifold and the Turbo <<<< how and why
* The compressor housing will need to be rotated <<< how do u do this?
* The actuator will need remounting <<<<<< is this only if u dont want to fit bulk head box?
* An oil drain will need to be made <<<< my t2 has plugs inserts and can i just run them into the engine?
* A custom downpipe will need to be made, or you can modify the Maniflow item to suit, as i did. << thats easy ok

you'll need a spacer/adapter plate because the metro manifold and the T2 have different bores and stud spacings, the plate will allow you to chamfer the port so that it flows freely between T3/T2 flanges and redrill the manifold.
The compressor housing is usually held on with a circlip, release the circlip and rotate the housing, dead simple when you know what you're looking for. You can also rotate the centre core by undoing the bolts that hold the exhaust side on so that your oil drain is at the bottom.
the actuator will definately need remounting even with a bulkhead box. You'll need the bulkhead box anyway to run a T2 on the metro manifold.
The Std oil drain fitting on a T2 isn't very useful, the way me and a mate have done ours is to weld new pieces of pipe onto the T2 drain fitting.
The elbow is probably the hardest part of the conversion.
