Hello there one and all.

I`m a newbie to posting on the mini forum (or infact any forum) I`ve known about you fine bunch for a while as mates of mine have minis.

After spending a LARGE amount of time fixing a mini for a mate and not really getting the chance to enjoy it, I got my own mini. It was a D reg rustey as you like that I was going to try and get back on the road but then realised it was going to happen. I then got an A reg, again with the intention of getting it back on the road, this is still an on going project.

So far on the A reg I`ve changed front hub assmblies, floor pans, sills, welded another couple of holes (you proabaly all know where), painted fuel tank, replaced brake flexi hoses, taken out barke master cyclinder and bought a servo to fit, and tow bar. and that was when I bought a house!!

So now the mini is in the garage with not a lot happening with it. I do want to get it going so I`m trying to clear out the garage a bit so I can work on it.

My current tranport is a VW transporter 2.5TDI, but I want to use the mini for daily use and the van for my weekend self empolyeed work (outdoor PA systems).
