Right ive now fitted my sub, amps and speakers but im having a problem with it picking up interferance.

I have found when the cars running its getting the alternator interferance but ive fitted a suppressor to the alternator and one to the radio for the live and earth, this didnt fix the problem and it still does it.

The speakers and sub pick up the noise from the cd player reading the cd and skipping to the next song / album.

Also its picking up relays so when i indicate for example you can hear it through the sub and amped speakers.

So far ive found no solution to it, ive checked the earths and they are fine, its connected directly to the battery and are clean.

Any ideas? Need to fix it before friday as im going to a show with it and need tunes!

You need to find out where the noise is coming from before you will be able to eliminate it.

You say the earth's are in good condition, how about the power? Where are you getting the power feed for the head-unit from?

Changed head unit and it solved every problem... boo my head units broke
