well i got the turbo atm and it has a whole in the acuator i got my boost gauge and i am on look out for carb and manifolds and just need to bolt it on and am i right on thinking that i run my radiator pipes into the turbo plus a oil feed?

and i understand i cant run to much psi the t2 is max about 12 psi i think and i was going to run about 6psi and have a bleed valve to make it 12
The R5 spec T2 is efficient beyond 12psi. It's good up to around 16psi, & 20psi at a stretch with a good intercooler.

I think 80bhp is very optermistic with a standard head and cam with 6psi, more like 65bhp IMO.
And if you are planning on using the MG manifold then tou need the turbo inlet as no others fit.

I disagree phil, do you have a T2 comp map? T 15 psi mine was poor and the map canfirms this.
All i have is seat of the pants & time on the rolling road. Mine certainly produced power up to 16psi on the rollers, with an increase of 44hp from 10psi to 16psi. On the road with better charge temps you can feel a difference from 16 to 20psi though the charge temps do start to climb so efficiency is dropping off quickly after 16 really.
