Well after 7months of watching my dad and i doing my mini up my sister who's 20 was converted! She'd been on about getting a mini for a month or two since mine started coming together. We let her have a go in mine (thinking that it was just a "they look so cool" thing and she wouldn't like driving one) but she loved it, so fastforward a week or three and there we were in bridgend buying a lovely 1986 BROWN mini city E auto lol. We were suprised how solid the car was, and with only 27,000 miles on the clock it looks like we found another bargain! I've actually got used to the auto now, has it's funky quirks which are fun to play with lol, and the sister likes it so that's all that matters really, she's going to drive it until october ish then it'll be coming off the road for a full resto! plans so far include surf blue with a cream roof retro styled!

Here are some pics of when we bought it and got it home, i haven't got any recent ones of it on it's new wheels, polished and all that jazz, but i'll make a project thread when the time comes

Goes to show, once you've been biten by the mini bug, there's no escape, not even for the people around you muahaha

lol thanks, we're coming around to the brown now, at first it was a shock lol, but after a good polish it looks alright!
