Anyone running the Emerald ECU - please help.

I made some changes to a map on my car using my laptop as I always do. Later that day I wanted to make a few more changes but for some reason I cant get the Emerald software to recongnise my ECU is connected and powered up.

I have tried re-installing the software but nothing!

Any ideas?
