Easy Removal?

Hi all dose any one out there know of a quick and simple way of removing the gear selector roll pin it took me a good 1/2 hour 2day kinda had enough of it now!!!

Right sized punch?

Think I used an old drill bit when I did mine, just don't be scared to hit it!

also put the car in reverse it will make it a lot easyer to get access to the front pin
