interesting point. the only mini ive driven is my baby and she has 13x7" wheels. i now really want to drive a 10" mini to see how much lighter it feels! is it really that noticable?

Well, thats because you can't get 10" tyres in a 175 profile. Its not the size of the wheel, its how much rubber is in contact with the road that makes it harder to turn I would have thought?
