I have only had my mini a few weeks, its an 51 plate and in extremely good condition.
However there is are two really annoying issues i am currently having and my garage don't have any answers.
First, sometimes i get this horrible howling wind type noise - sounds almost like there is a tiny gap somewhere around the windscreen (but i am not a mechanic so i am just guessing here), basically wondering if anyone else has had or noticed or just heard about a similar thing. It usually occurs on windy days at around 70mph upwards (it doesn't get better as you get faster - i have tried speeding through the noise!) However today it did it at 50mph - very annoying as it is then a constant howling noise that even my stereo won't drown out!
Secondly, my fuel gauge recently read empty when i know it was full. Then over the next few days on every journey slowly crept back up to showing the coorect amount. It has done it again scince!
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!
