dont go oselli, paying for the name to be honest

but even more so with oselli, i have a price list from them and its so overpriced!
i just think the quality of work differs also, people at southam get unbelivable results yet are not hugely recognised, got 138bhp out of a 1293 running on splits... impressive! look after peter barkers mk1 etc.
very very skilled, and certainly no their stuff, with good prices, nice chaps, and honest advice.

i think if i had the choice i would either go to rod (southam) or simon (morspeed)
because im lazy i would go to southam

Rob Walker, Pitstop, Chris Newlands, where abouts in oxford are you?
I'm in cowley in oxford but can travel. Where's Chris Newlands?
And do pitstop actually do engine builds as I had the impression they just tune them.
Also has anybody got the contact details or a website for SMMC as I can't seem to find them on the internet.

they do build them yes, but work hand in hand with Rob Walker and gardias for machining, assembley and tuning. Rob Walker apparently uses Chris Newlands for some gearbox and engine work.
