Quick note to say hi , just joined but dont actually own a mini yet , im in the process of buying a rolling shell to repair and build up from scratch , should be a fun project .

i am now the proud owner of a mini bodyshell lol , havent picked it up yet but just won it on ebay

think it needs a few minor repairs doing ?

its something ive wanted to do for years , i am a mechanic with 10 years in the trade and also a decent welder ( good job really eh ?) so now ive got a bit of space i thought why not , the missus wasnt too happy though . just got it home , will post some more pics soon , should they go on here or a different section of the forum ?

oh and nearly forgot its actually still mot'd til june , its done less than 17000 miles , service history and mot's to prove it lol , the logbook and service history are worth more than the shell at the moment , but it did only cost me 31 quid
