Hi,

I have fitted 1.5:1 full roller rockers from Mini Sport to my 1275 head. Could anyone confirm the correct setting to adjust the valve clearances? Is this hot or cold adjustment?

Thanks.

like on standard rockers,Good luck.

normal rockers are 1.2:1 ratio if your rollers are 1.5 then you need a proportionally bigger gap - your allowing a clearance for the cam followers with zero valve lift and expansion of the pushrods. For most factory original cams the clearance is 12thou so easy to work out you'd need 15thou with rollers. Check the spec for your engine/cam in your Haynes or cam fitting docs though.

Move your feeler blade side to side to check the clearance on roller tips.

12 thou, if your engine is cammed the cam manufacturer will provide a clearance.
