Hi,

I have finally booked the mini in at Northampton Motorsport for a rolling road tune. Expensive but should be worth it. Should be able to squeeze more power from the engine to benefit from the mods I have done since it's last rolling road tune. I will let you know how it gets on and what power and torque it produces.

£90 per hour including VAT. He said it could take upto 2 hours to tune the ignition timing and find the correct needle for the carb. They are booked up for 2 1/2 weeks i was told on the phone.

I went to Northampton Motorsport for my first rolling road tune, they were good. Car limped in and blasted out, was only £60 an hour when i went. It only took 45 mins and they only charged me for 45mins as well which was good. However not that much further away (or closer depending where you live) are these people....

They're in some farm unit and it looks like you're driving up someones drive but they were really good! Probably not as booked up as Northampton Motorsport. Also they're developing a frame for a front wheel drive bike engined mini and raced minis in the past and sell a few mini bits.

Back in october last year it was £60+vat may have gone up since then but can't see it rising drastically. They say it takes between 1-2 hours to set it up. Where abouts are you located then?
