theres minis r us near me in twyford,winchester and just wondered what there work was like and prices,
as i need quite a bit of work on my cooper sportspack,
vandals keyed it,drivers doors bent,and rust is taking over round the windscreen and cant afford thousands lol!
anyone know any cheaper but good bodyshops in or around southampton?thanks

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but rust under the windscreen on an Mpi can be expensive (if done by a bodyshop), 9 times out of 10 the upper dash rail will be rotten aswell as the scuttle and the upper bulkhead may also need repairing, just thought i would pre warn you as i had a quote a few years ago to have a little bit of rust sorted out, it was £150 to start with until they took the windscreen out and it turned to £1000.

For some reason 97> minis rot like mad under the windscreen.

its a bit late but they're ok for off parts and that but they seem a bit pricey otherwise. BJ autobits/Harris motorsport in cranbourne in N/forest are much much better.
