I was wondering if the bmw k conversion fits the 998 A+ engine.

sorry to ******* and moan, but a search would reveale all...in short it might well be able to work, but a hella lot of work is required and a big over bore with offset bore also

its all about the bore spacing and bore width with a 998 there different to 850

850 and 998 are not the same bores!

go have a read of miniboo's project thread, its all inthere the reasons as to why it isnt as much of a direct fit than the 1275's

yep it is a lot of work. i havent touched my engine for a while now but hope to do some work on it this weekend so i can get the pockets machined in teh pistons. although i am tempted to just go and get a 1275 block!!!
