My 86 Mayfair needs a cosmetic makeover after 19 years of being in standard trim and some bodged repairs.
I've decided to go for som 10"x6" Revolite wheels - but I believe these require some arch mods. This is a good thing as my arches are all bashed, broken and need replacing.
So my dilemma.... what arches would be suitable to cover my new wheels and how much will the metal arch need to be hacked to fit?
Thanks for the advice
Si.

Depends whether they are dished or not, as the dsih increases the offset (makes the wheel stick out more).

wont an 86 mayfair be on 8.4" discs? you wont be able to run 10x6's if it is.

Unless you convert to S discs or drums, then you wont be able to fit 10" wheels over your existing 8.4" discs.
