Can anyone please tell me if there is a place on a Hayabusa engine to put oil temp and water temp sensors. Also maybe an oil pressure sensor seperate to the oil pressure switch. I need to connect these sensors to my dash. I realise that i can fit a water temp sensor in one of the hoses but thought that there might be somewhere on the engine. Can anyone also tell me if the standard gear position sensor can be configured to operate an analogue gear position indicator?

Thanks

Tom

Oil temp sensors really need to go in the sump pan but that means removing it an welding a threaded insert in their, you could put it in the oil cooler line?
there is a oil gallery on the near side of the engine which i have drilled and welded the oil light swich to as the stack sensor is in the old oil light switch gallery, my cappilary gauge is also in the oil gallery
as or your sensor i doubt it could be done easily, best to speak to a company called GEARTRONICS, they do al the sensors and displays so might be able to help you?

cheers
