Hi all,

Newbie here, just bought a 1994 Rover Mini 35 edition on Saturday. Will get some pics up tonight hopefully.

Sorry to jump in with a couple of questions on my first post, but I'm a bit lost when it comes to mini things..

My car can't seem to idle for longer then 2 seconds, even with the choke all the way out, is this normal?

Even after driving for about half an hour, if I take too long to change gear, the engine cuts out. This morning on my way to work, I must of started my engine about 10-15 times, started getting frustrating...

..Apart from that, I absolutely LOVE it! :(

Does the above sound like something to do with the carb?
