Was trying to think of a clever rude reply to this, but im so tierd:-D hehe

I really enjoyed the first one(with marc and the bmw minis), enjoyable "job" film. It was a better action film than the original. Mr caine and co's version was very very campy, and we all love it for that :thumbsup:) lol

I cant wait till the bazilian.

It's written by the same guy who wrote Waterworld which is potentially the worst film I've seen which is concerning with regard to the plot line. I just hope that this isn't the start of a series of increasingly dire films set in exotic locations.

Not to put a downer on thing was announced years ago. The rumours were they were doing a second one and this time it was in Brazil and instea of Binis they were going to use the new VW Beetle!!

Something you should read is the note on IMDB.com;

Note:
Because this project is categorized as being in production, the data is subject to change; some data could be removed completely

There are a lot of films on IMDB which are rumours, Knight Rider was supposed to be out this year, but its not even been filmed. If i remember correctly, "The Brazillian Job" was alegedly going to be released in 2006.

Also "Max Payne" is supposed to be realised this year, starring Wahlberg, Nelly Furtardo, Beau Bridges and Chris O'Donell.

From what I've heard, the film is on hold at the moment and may be cancelled. As Pie said, it was meant to be released in 2006. If it does ever see the light of day, it will almost certainly be renamed to The Italian Job 2 with some sort of subtitle.

"The Italian Job 2" is the American title.
