Fitted some KAD 4 pot calipers, new rear brake cylinders, bled the brakes etc etc.
Also fitted an Eaton M45 supercharger with the brake servo take off plumbed in to the charger.

For some reason when I drive the car from cold the brake pedal has to be pressed really hard to stop and there is minimal travel. When the car is warm the pressured required to stop is much less but the travel is longer.

I have yet to be able to lock the brakes and skid the car, no matter how hard I press the pedal.

The brakes have been bled a further 3 times to "make sure" and still the issue continues.

My first thought is failing brake servo (its done 90k) or maybe the filter in the servo?
Second thought is the different take off (from the supercharger rather than inlet manifold?
Third thought is knackered non return valve between supercharger and servo.

So...what do u guys think?

Can you get a new filter kit for the servo or is it just a case of get a new servo?
What about the non return valve?
