Hes shut up shop in bromsgrove, but still trades. He was at Himley Hall show, and i think he said to dan where he is now.

He still trades on eBay though.

I believe he's concentrating more on jap imports now, but is often seen at the larger shows with his hundreds of plastic boxes of mini based treasure.

top bloke - helped me no end in finding bits for the cabriolet build.

He still has all his bits, im not entirely sure if he's 'trading' or just going to shows to sell off all his bits he has left. I spoke to him at a show and he wouldnt say if he had a new shop or anything, which suggests to me he's just selling stuff from his home. He's a top bloke, but i think he had trouble competing with ebay prices. He gave me a card at the show and said if i need anything i could just give him a call to ask. I've lost it, but i guess if you have anything specific you want and can find his number he'd be more than happy to help, he usually is.

I've had nothing bud very bad experiences from him.

Mate of mine got an engine of him apparently re-built - lasted a week and had to be scrapped due to a cracked head and worn bores. I gave him an 1098 cyclinder head when i was 17, said he'd call me back to sort out some payment or a swap for some parts,... never did regardless of numerous messages left for him, unfortunatley i was to young and scared to chase it further.

Never seemed helpful on the phone, never had any simple parts i wanted and when i went up there a few times to see him in person he was uncommunacative to the point of being rude and unwelcoming

Parts are overpriced and he was less than willing to source parts for you, contrary to what he advertised as being happy to do.

He is no longer on the Aston fields industrial estate, and towards the end of the shops time there was less and less mini stuff as he did indeed concentrate on Jap motors.
