How many cup washers are required for each tie rod and which side of the bush are they to be placed?
What torque setting is required for the nut at the front of the tie rod?
Cheers,
Glen

Just one, and one thick flat one. The first bush fits on the tie rod against the stop, with the lip facing forwards so that it locates in the subframe mounting. Then push it through the subframe and fit the second bush again with the lip through the mounting so the flat face is facing the front of the car. Then a cup washer wrapped around the bush, then a very large and thick flat washer the same diameter as the cup. Then the Nyloc nut. 22 LbFt, 30 NM at the subframe end, 19 LbFt, 26 NM at the hub end.
