Apparently the Mini was designed for the Japanese fans! So thats where a lot of the accesories (including the covers) came from!

Check Auto Deltas website, although it helps if you know Japanese!! Last time I looked on their I found it very hard to find anything!

I've seen these things in mini catalogs, they are only eyebrows, one at the top and one at the bottom. Try looking thru the mini mags and maybe others like beetle mags etc. They aint rare.
