hiya
as some of you know i have been having issues with the min only firing on 3 cylinders. Well the tale gets wiereder.

She will only fire on three cylinders, unless i take the HT lead out and cause it to jump onto the sparkplug. so it makes that ticking noise, but the plug does fire.

SO...i replaced the HT leads, and Spark plug....Same issue.

ALL ignition parts are new and sometimes replaced twice. These include, Coil, Dizzy, Points, COndensor, HT leads, Sparking Plugs, Rotor arm.

So any ideas?? anyone else had this problem?

Have a show tomorrow, 50 miles away..so hoping to fix it today.

Alastair

Might be worth giving the static timing a check over.

There are some black marks on the rotor arm. I suppose if its not sparking, its grounding in the Dizzy?
