No point in appealing........you are in the wrong!

"When the light is green there is only one option it can go to next so you should be expecting it to change and driving at a speed that would allow you to stop in time" said the Judge !

I'm afraid to say that by the sounds of things, appealing will get you nowhere, for the reasons 'grayedout' has stated, it's your fault :genius:

sorry chap.

Pay up I'm afraid.
What would be your basis of an appeal?

You may be lucky and find the cemera has no film or has malfunctioned etc. Good luck

'Tis true I'm afraid, besides after green you get the amber before the red, you should have had enough time. sorry mate, if the letter comes through the door hold your hands up and take it... good thing to come out of all this is the fact that it probably won't happen again

Yeah, unfortunately there's this other colour between Green and Red called Amber... this gives you plenty of time to stop.

That'll damage the mini not the camera!!

Keep your fingers crossed, nothing might happen but just a word of warning you've only been driving a couple of weeks and you need to be a bit more careful as there are enough idiots on the road as it is :) Next time it could be a lot more serious.

You probably wont hear anything of it...but like Rocket said, just be careful, you need to learn how to drive properly (not how you're taught to pass your test) and bare in mind that your mini brakes wont be anywhere near as good as modern cars, so you have to think about the extra braking distance!!

60
£ and 3 point

just make sure you dont get 6 points in your first two years or its bye bye licence and you have to redo it!!!

also they are ways and means of gettingout of these situations none of which i can say on a public forum but google is your friend

also if it didnt flash i doubt youl be getting a ticket

and if you were going the speed limit they wont flash you for running a red ! the speed camras aint part of the signals i dont think :S? so hopefully nothing will happon?

wered you do it at ?
